Web Presentation Engineer

Job Description:
Looking for independent contractor who excel with implementation of DHTML (html, javascript and css) functionality.
A strong understanding of Progressive Enhancement Design is required. Keys are to write semantic HTML, unobtrusive Javascript (so that no code is visible in document - just content), and css support for mobile webkit, safari, chrome, firefox and ie.
